Data logger with 8 thermocouple inputs for high-temperature environments. Electronics designed to withstand up to 120°C without the need for a thermal barrier. Ideal for recording thermal profiles in furnaces. For higher operating temperatures, various thermal barriers are available to extend the logger's working range.

The data logger is programmed via a simple dialog box that offers three possible start modes:
Immediate start
Delayed start
Delayed start with temperature control
It is possible to password-protect the programming and data download.

The program includes a “Furnace Recipe Book” to define the characteristics of the furnaces. The recipe book can contain up to 100 furnaces. Additionally, it is possible to export the characteristics of a specific furnace and install them on a colleague's PC, reducing setup time.

The program includes a “Carriage Recipe Book” to define the characteristics of the carriages. The recipe book can contain up to 100 carriages. It is also possible to export the characteristics of a specific carriage and install them on a colleague's PC, thus reducing configuration time.

The positions of thermocouples on the carriage are graphically displayed in 3D in the dedicated box, allowing the operator to evaluate immediately.

The temperature curves are displayed full screen with processing options. The graph features a double x-axis; the first axis shows time, and the second shows the distance traveled by the car within the furnace.

You can move along each curve with a cursor that displays the coordinates of the point, including: Curve name, Measured temperature, Position in meters from the start of the furnace, and elapsed time.

It is possible to display the temperature at the cursor position on the graph.

It is possible to view all temperatures at the intersection of the cursor with the curves in a dedicated legend.

It is possible to insert comments directly on the graph. Each comment can be modified, moved, and deleted at will.

It is possible to compare two different acquisitions, each composed of 8 curves.

Liquid-cooled thermal barrier. Designed for use in sanitary and brick furnaces. Its compact size facilitates installation under the car.

Logger housing inside the barrier.

A sturdy case houses the data logger and accessories. The case contains: N° 1 Logger 8 LOG-HT N° 1 Software CD N° 1 RS232/USB Adapter N° 1 Set of spare batteries N° 1 Communication cable N° 2 Manuals

Various models and lengths of sensors are available for different needs. For example, flexible stainless steel probes in AISI 316 with a diameter of 3 mm. Their flexibility makes them particularly suitable for tests with the pilot car.
