About Us

Camar Elettronica S.r.l. was founded in the 1980s as a company specialized in the design and production of laboratory instrumentation and industrial systems for automation and production process control.

From the very beginning, the company’s activity developed in the field of technological solutions for industry, delivering both hardware and software tailored and integrated with the manufactured instrumentation.

Over time, experience in measurement and control led the company to build advanced expertise in metrology and precision calibrations.

Since 1999, Camar Elettronica has operated as a metrological laboratory accredited by ACCREDIA as Calibration Centre No. 00170 Calibration according to ISO/IEC 17025:2018.

The laboratory’s journey began in 1999 with accreditation for temperature calibrations, the first field in which its metrological activity developed.

In 2005, its expertise expanded with the introduction of relative humidity calibrations, in response to the growing needs of the industrial sector and laboratories.

Since 2024, the laboratory has further expanded its scope of activity by including calibration of infrared thermometers and pressure measuring instruments, strengthening its role in the field of accredited metrology.

For temperature, we also perform accredited on-site calibrations directly at the customer’s premises when required.

Instrumentation and technical support

We support customers in the selection and supply of measurement instrumentation, with the possibility of calibration and certification at our accredited laboratory, serving as a reference point for accredited calibrations and measurement instrumentation in the industrial sector.

Reliability and delivery times

We provide complete and efficient calibration services, with fast delivery times, from the receipt of the instrument through to the issuance of the final certificate.

Based in Carpi, the laboratory provides calibration services to customers across Italy, including industries, laboratories and research centers.

Main areas of activity

Food industry

Calibration of probes, thermometers, data loggers and hygrometers used for process control, cold storage rooms, cooling tunnels and pasteurization and sterilization systems. Support for HACCP compliance.

Pharmaceutical and biomedical industry

Accredited calibration of thermometers, data loggers, thermo-hygrometers and transmitters for environmental control in pharmaceutical production, storage and distribution. Certificates compliant with GMP and GDP requirements.

Ceramic and brick industry

Calibration of thermocouples and resistance thermometers for the control of industrial furnaces in the ceramic and brick manufacturing industry.

Analysis and research laboratories

Calibration of laboratory instrumentation for research institutions, universities and chemical and microbiological analysis laboratories. ISO/IEC 17025 certificates recognized within international EA-MLA networks.

Manufacturing and mechanical engineering industry

Calibration of thermometers, pressure gauges, data loggers and thermometric chains for process quality control in the manufacturing and mechanical engineering sectors.

Logistics and cold chain

Calibration of data loggers and thermo-hygrometers for cold chain monitoring in warehouses, refrigerated vehicles and logistics hubs. Certificates valid for quality audits and health inspections.

Aerospace and defense industry

Calibration of thermometers, thermocouples, pressure transducers and environmental measurement instruments used in the production, testing and maintenance of aerospace components and defense systems.

Healthcare and hospital sector

Calibration of thermometers, data loggers, thermo-hygrometers and transmitters for environmental control in operating rooms, hospital wards, analysis laboratories, transfusion centers and pharmaceutical and medical device storage areas. ISO/IEC 17025 certificates compliant with national healthcare regulations and guidelines for the qualification of regulated environments.
