The HiTemp140 data logger is a device designed to be immersed and reach high temperatures in challenging environments (e.g., pasteurizers, autoclaves, etc.).

It is a versatile device that can be adapted to the customer's needs as it is possible to apply sensors with different characteristics and lengths.

The logger can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +140°C.
